Summit Lake

One evening Mommy & my aunt decided we needed a trip to the Lake.  We all (me, Mommy, my boy, my aunt, uncle & baylor, nana & maggie) piled in the car and took off.  We hiked the one mile trail, making sure to take a few swim breaks of course.  I had recently found my love of water but this was the first time I actually got to swim!  I had so much fun but was sure tired when I got home!

Crazy Relaxin’

This is my crazy sleep position.  I know it doesn’t look the least bit comfy but believe me…it is!  I sleep like this in my crate, on the couch and even in the car!

The Newspaper

I found this really cool thing called “The Newspaper”.  It was so much fun to carry around and even more fun to shred all over the living room floor.

Watchful Eye

Sometimes I feel like it’s my job to keep a watchful eye on My Boy.  I don’t mind…I just love to be close to him (and this gives me a chance to lick the bath water)! 

Camping

Well, I had my first camping experience ever and it was a blast!!!  We spent the day playing, hiking and lounging…what more could a puppy ask for?!?! The weather was perfect…sunny and warm but not hot and humid.

I got to take my first ride in the back of a truck…wow, I sure loved the feel of the wind on my face!

 My first hike was so exciting…it was about a mile long and I couldn’t get my nose off the ground! 

So many great smells...

It’s a good thing Daddy was there to hold me back…I’d still be in the middle of the woods sniffing!

A day full of sun and fun wore me out…

All that fun sure made me sleepy!

 

Everyone at the campground stopped Mommy to pet me ’cause they thought I was so darn cute!  I can’t wait to go camping again!

Chewin’ Sticks

This is me engaged in one of my favorite pastimes…chewing sticks.  I love to sneak sticks into the house when we come in from outside.  Mommy gets mad because she says I make a mess on the floor.

Slip-N-Slide

Mommy & Daddy bought my boy a slip-n-slide to play on.  He had so much fun.  I didn’t get to slide but I did think it was a really cool water fountain.
